Battlers album, The Canvas, feeds, small downtime. (6/25)

Alright, looks like I didn't recognise this error until today. I never actually got to give every battlers album a description, therefore forgetting to enable the uploads permission for members. I fixed it now... y'know, the ability to upload stuff for battlers.
Secondly, I changed the forum layout again (wow, second time this week and in RMVXP 6 so far), I'll be moving the canvas over to the community center. Speaking of, I'm going to have to ask that if anyone has a complete RM resource posted in The Canvas, I'd like them to move them over to the gallery. This would include: Me, Valcrist, Charlie Lee and Hsia Nu. :P
Thirdly, I'm thinking about relaunching the Weekly Feeds as well as starting something new and possibly something that'll go on daily or weekly. In some attempt to make the gallery a huge part of this site, I'm thinking about starting the "Resource Feed". It depends, depending on how many resources are uploaded to the gallery daily.
Fourth, we seemed to have had a bit of a rather small (and unusual) downtime over 30-something minutes ago as everyone was getting redirected to some 404 page. The cause of that problem is currently under investigation. Oh and since I know this happens to be an ever-recurring subject when downtimes happen (especially back in Universe 4 and 5), I did not break anything.
