It has been a while since I sprited anything, and I'm all rusty! I'm still remaking the female, and just started on her backview, since the front is completed. This is what I have so far:

This seems to be a little old, but the suggestion I had for your sprite was to perhaps shorten the legs? I'm not totally sure. It just seems like they are slightly long for the body. You could try outlining the ponytail with a slightly darker shade too. I'm just spitballing though, and you have probably changed it significantly since this was posted.
