Recruitment: (NAME OF PROJECT)
Job Opportunities:
Give a SHORT description of what you are looking for. Things like music, sprites, artwork, or even a joke creator (for all those games that are just a bit too bland). Don't go into too much detail, you'll do that later.
Project Bio:
Give a brief project bio! Tell the potential team members what you are making and make it snappy! You're trying to sell them on your game (but charge them WELL above the Blue Book value). If you have a thread already, this might be the spot to post a link.
Team:
If you already have a team, post their names and jobs here. One way I am interested in a project is if I see some big names here! It's just like getting a celebrity actor just to bring in some interest. If you don't have a team and you're doing it solo, you may just want to delete this
What I am looking for:
Go into great detail. If you only have one job, explain the hell out of it. If you have more than one, explain the hell out of them (but number them to make it easier).
Payment:
If you want to pay people (which will most likely bring more interest to it) then explain what you are willing to pay, how you will pay them (most likely PayPal) and if you'd like to do split payments (half now half later). Make sure you are clear here!
Contact Information
How will they get a hold of you? Send you a PM? Shoot you a text? If you have specifics, put them here.
Job Needed!
I am a:
Douche! Oh wait, this is what you have to offer! Don't say that. Give a one or two word description of what you do: spriter, graphic artist, composer, writer.
Portfolio/Experience:
What have you done? Why should I hire you? If you're a writer, talk about your experience and how many English Composition degrees you have. If you're an artist, post some pictures (don't just post a link. You could post a link at the end, but give a few here. You're selling yourself!)
Payment:
Do you want paid for your services? If so, post what you charge. Be specific! For example, charge per tile in a tileset, per frame in a sprite sheet, per picture/drawing and the additional cost for colors. If it's open for discussion, SAY SO.
Contact Information:
How do you want to be contacted? Email? Text? Twitter? Be specific and make it simple! They're trying to hire you!
