Beginner Scripting Tuts?

I'm JUST STARTING the scripting process in rmxp but i'm not sure how to learn what to and not to code... I cannot find beginner tutorials ANYWHERE on the site or google... Any suggestions on where to start How to learn it, tutorials that would be usefull for a 100% newbie?

I have used RMXP before but i used premade scripts from when rmxp org was around...

I want to be able to code my own, but i haven't a place to start learning.
