Like the title said... I want to know if either one can make SRPG like Advance Wars, Fire Emblem, etc...

yeah there are several tactic battle system scripts, if you mean that. These are available for rmxp, but vx I am not sure but I think so too.

You can even use that neat-o Isometric view script to imitate the styles of Final Fantasy Tactics and Tactics Ogre if that's your thing.

Off topic: I know people love SRPGs, but I'd love to see a RTS one day on RMXP.
