I have some friends who are connoisseurs of bad movies. One in particular saw "The Toxic Avenger." I asked him how it ranked compared to "The Room" which is considered by the general population to be the worst movie of all time. He said it ranked as being slightly worse.
Though recently he said he saw something even worse than that. I can't recall what it is, though. Maybe another Troma.

Cannibal The Musical is also another good Troma movie. guys from southpark made it as a college film
