here's a fun browser tool that takes images you import and glitches them according to slider perimeters you can adjust on the fly. it can do anything from 'slight transmission fragments' to full on wacked out NES great-i-gotta-blow-in-the-cartridge glitch hell. use it for cyberpunk HUDs or avant garde art games! flash multiple images on a loop to get a cool effect
