Update- Found out that you cannot add updated scripts, yet...
The Addon or Update Script system allows for you to make addons and fixes for your game, the way it works is when you encrypt your game it does not encrypt Data, so that will allow for you to fix your game and just release the fixed map, thus making it better then download the whole game again, (great for big games!)
It stores all of the Data in; Game-Dictonary/, rather then Game-Dictonary/Data so it will not be encrypted. You may be thinking 'Now anyone can just edit the maps to give them alot of gold or somthing. That is this system's weakness, though games like Half-Life 2 you could edit so easily and look how great a game that is. (Though I am thinking of making it so only Valid Maps, or addons will be accepted (any help with that would be great!)
Well here I will tell you how to set it up for your game...(You need to know alittle about scripting and where RMXP places its files

Next release I will add more organized folder system so you place maps in Maps and so forth.
This may still be buggy, I havnt tested it to much. Please report any bugs to me.
