Features:
-This make you get a certain ammount of points when you level up, to spent.
-This is a new Scene_Status, so you can use the default and this one or only this one
-For debug reasons this modify the Scene_Equip, making impossible to use a weapon that reduces more str than you have (or any other atribute)
-Different heros force, with this you can make heros stronger than others

Know Bugs
-None

Fixed Bugs
-The unknow lag from last version
-If you have 999 of any atribue, then equip a.. well equipament that reduce that atribute, then you upgrade that same atribute to 999 again, then you remove the equipament, you has to get more than 999 and the game bug, so now, after the last upgrade (V2.1), you cant sent points if your atribute less (-) your equipament bonus (if is less than 0) is 999.
