A short passage from a lore dump I made about the events of Eden last night.

Eve is essentially the leader of mortalkind.

This article also goes into some of the lore regarding the systemic corruption of the "simulation" the Twins tried to keep as orderly as possible.

The Twins Yi and Wi did not realize it, but their tech was actually an infiltration of the second dimension, and this empty universe they had seeded with life was now about to become the lure for something far more dangerous than even to this day they would realize.

A fifth dimensional being who would become later known as Xalatath had seeded itself in the core of Eden. Poised to corrupt, strike and later consume the second dimension from the inside and out.
