(November 29 to November 5, 2021)

Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

Official Area
Occasions
An RPG Making enthusiast going by Punk for God just appeared, finding our site duing his search for resources. He was greeted by DerVVulfman who noted a vague familiarity in names.

There were a number of birthdays this week with the sudden confectionary celebration for LeeChaolan. After they feasted on their icing covered treats, NnsNightshade and Peapot Alchest came by and had a nice birthday treat. It didn't take long before Miss Lalaba, Cloud IceHeart, TristanaGW and orochi2k had their time for sweet confectionary goodness. And as bakeries shut down, the last cakes were delivered to fgsfds and dragonprincess44 just before the week was over.

General Chat
Situations occur at times, and one was What's on the mind of kyonides. However, a situation he presented should likely never happen to anyone... we hope.

When the new covid variant hit the News of the World, the World Health Organization dubbed it the Omicron variant, keeping with a greek alphabet naming standard they suggested was non-stigmatising. But they skipped two of the letters, the second [Xi] noticably being the name of China's leader. And of China, MI6 just bundled it with Russia, Iran and International Terrorism as the top four priorities to watch, China's rise being top priority. Rising inflation, the Great Germany Lego Blocks Robbery, the Clearwater AI lawsuit, Roman Empire Relics and more hit this week's news.

Forum Games & Nonsense
Things got a bit too real or disconcerting for the dungeon master in Rendition And Dragons, the latest pen-and-paper tale that DerVVulfman found. When you have a new player in your group, perhaps some ground rules need to be laid.

Games Development
Development Discussion
Remi-chan told us What's up as an RMer working on her game, showcasing an updated boss battle scene and letting us know that her artist has returned with some new character portraits that she may show sometime later.

Complete Projects
Never to Plan. Never to Ponder. Only to Persistantly Persevere! A full length RPG Action game, Perseverance: Full Clearance! by Remi-chan brings you to a future bereft of mankind, but filled with humor and mayhem, and a lot of guns. Join with Pep, Nola, Sped, Svoli and the rest of the family as they battle against an overlord within the now dominated and dismal streets of London. Awesome graphics, a unique music score, and over six hours of gameplay, Perseverence will draw you in with compelling and dramatic storytelling and plenty of toys for those that like explosions.

Material Development
Resources Database
If one has need for either ground or metal textures within their game, don't forget that Eric Matyas is Building a Massive Library of Free Images for Everyone.

Creativity Section
Music and Audio
For those who appreciate how Eric Matyas Shares His Original Music, be joyful that he now has all 191 music tracks on his Funny Page upgraded and available by a single music pack. Meanwhile, two more pieces became available in his Rock music page.

Art and Design
A line-art sketch appeared within Remi-chan's Neato Arty thread thing!, one of a dangerous woman with her many trailing locks of hair floating this way and that. Yet, it is one that may be discarded as the artist is not pleased with her own work.

Literature Section
For those familiar with her gaming universe, Remi-chan's Writing Snippets reveals how some characters may attempt to outwit or outwithstand the powers that be. Whether by dialog or by action, such attempts may appear futile. At least, that is how they may appear.

Well, that's it for this week.

Lady Astor (1879-1964): "Winston, if I were your wife I'd put poison in your coffee." Winston Churchill (1874-1965): "Nancy, if I were your husband I'd drink it."
