(December 20 to December 26, 2021)

Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

Official Area
This week, we were greeted by Fox420x and EzBound who just joined our community. DerVVulfman greeted the two, but no response was returned.

There were a few birthdays we got to celebrate this week, starting with Valkirie's. And it wasn't long after that before we got to celebrate the birthdays of Nick-izer, zstern22 and Ragus. After that, the birthday of Mayhem69 came and went. On Christmas Eve, we had a cake for Gardesion, and one for Valcrist on Christmas Day. And as the week ended, Draycos Goldaryn's and PK8's birthdays had come and gone.

General Chat
It appears that telephone calls were On the Mind of kyonides this week, presented in a humorous fashion.

This week's News of the World focused on Canadian's Public Heal Agency using cell phones and devices to track everyone during Covid to check population levels during lockdowns. After that, the untimely death of Sayaka Kanda stunned Japan, the actress who voiced Anna for the Japanese version of Frozen having died at age 35. Bad news hit Google and Facebook this week as Russia hit the two with heavy fines for failure to delete content they say is banned. And the U.S.S. Milwaukee remained docked instead of heading to South America as Covid struck the 100% innoculated crew. The latest Spider-Man feature film, the Canary Islands volcano and more were in this week's news.

Tech Talk
This week, Kain Nobel has returned and chose to relay his experiences using FXRuby, his current toolkit and one that required Ruby itself to be fully installed to use. Earlier in the week, he talked about building an expanded system for the Animation Effects one would see in the RPGMaker 'Animations' database, but a post a few days later shows a screenshot of his revised animations screen. Afterwards, he made mention of the Forum's ReGaL project, though time is still constrained.

Forum Games & Nonsense
Classic pen and paper roleplay games can be fun, even for a group that invites a new player to join. But as DerVVulfman relayed with his recent uncovered story, It’s About To Get Dicey when the new party member faces a deadly squad alone.

Development Discussion
A gut-wrenching error that has plagued Kain Nobel for years was What's up with his RMing endeavors. on top of that, he had completed a series of movement animations for his masterpiece creation.

Have you ever wanted to create Small RPG Maker Games for Android? If so, Mike_Everley reported that he had tested a pair of his RPGMaker 2003 games on an Android smart phone using EasyRPG. And for RPGMaker XP and VXAce, he suggested using Joiplay, though there are some limitations that he encountered. After relaying this news, Mike_Everley left the floor open for others who wish to inform everyone on their attempts to make RPGMaker games work on Android devices.

Creativity Section
Music and Audio
The Holidays have been in full swing. And for those who wished to make Christmas Themed games Eric Matyas continued to Share His Original Music such as the two new ethereal winter tunes he just composed.

Literature Section
Have you ever considered what it would like to be someone that just circles around another while being taunted all your life? If so, Kyonides and His One Shot takes a new spin on that subject, and a new perspective on something we've seen all our lives.

Well, that's it for this week.
