ok, here's the rundown...
it was a simple IO error on CharaGen -_- anyway, i tested this on windows XP and 7(should run on Vista as well).

I tested it as well, the only bug till now is that some things to chose (like fighting style for a character) are looping in the list like that:
calm
passive
aggressive
calm
passive
aggressive
calm
passive
aggressive
But this programm is very nice, I love it. Now I can organize my Story better. Awesome work :)
