Formerly known as RMVXP, Save-Point is a game creational forum that aids users in creating games using software like RPG Maker or Game Maker. This sounds like a good idea. The whole universal save file thing and everything. It can work for many types of games. I would use this in my game for sidequests or optional hard routes through the storyline and with my names (Very hard optional enemies).

Here is something I found on youtube. The video is very annoying, but it's an achievement system.
It's on Chaos Project by game_guy.
I would use this in my game, if it was available.
Maybe you could use what was in the video but without the message boxes, so if you win a certain amount of battles you would be able to play certain mini games and/or get special bonus items/weapons.
it would be cool to have what DerVVulfman posted as well, but instead it would be the same game with the achievement of each profile/records created in the game.
I'm currently trying my hand at attempting to make a achievements script (this time called "Game Challenges"). I've learned quite a bit about loading and saving stuff so I might be able to do a better job of working on this. Also, I might think about starting some kind of group here if anyone wants to help develop it with me. :D
