General Chat
Last week, bad news hit Nintendo's Lawsuit against Palworld as Japan's patent office essentially trashed Nintendo's claim. But this week, Demos "Rise Evil" Kerrigan added that the monster summoning patent they filed in North America was also rejected. In both cases, Nintendo has a right to appeal in both instances, but heavy revisions will be needed on their part.

This week's News of the World had content such as legislation to ban foreigners from funding US
elections and cracks down on Chinese nationals buying real estate. And despite the 9th Circuit Court ruled that Trump could deploy them, another Federal Judge blocked the National Guard deployment to Portland, this while another Federal Judge demanded the US DOJ to indict suspects before even conducting an investigation. Following the election of Zohran Mamdani as the mayor of New York city, a GOP lawmaker introduced a bill blocking any non-binding funds from the city while Mamdani is in office. And NYPD officers are already fleeing before anti-Cop Mamdani enters office. The invasion of Ukraine by Russia still hit the news as Ukraine drone pilots hone their skills. It was a drone strike that decimated the Lukoil oil refinery in Russia, a refinery responsible for 30% of their gas consumption. Following that and as Hungary suggests a Russian-free Croatian pipeline, the meeting between Russia's President Putin and US's President Trump may be back on. Still, it has been revealed that over one-thousand Africans have been lured to fight for Russia. Things got worse for former Prince Andrew of England. Now stripped of his title, he is now under investigation for political misconduct. And his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson is under investigation for miappropriating charity funds. Both face jail time and possible permanent exile. Meanwhile, the BBC is under fire and apologized for airing doctored and misleading footage of US President Trump's January 6 speech, footage that intended to make it appear the Trump encouraged the riots. In France, ten were injured as an unidentified driver lowed into them shouting Allahu Akbar and caught before lighting his own car on fire. And France threatened to ban Shein, an online store, for selling sex-dolls of questionalble or legal nature, something Shein claimed to have bypassed its screening measures. Following the CNS Fujian, China's most advanced aircraft carrier being launched, new defense treaties were signed by Canada and the Philippines to strengthen military ties with international partners. But things appear a bit dark for China as Trump Tariffs have put China's exports into a slump, and China's manned Shenzhou-20 mission had to delay their return to Earth, the Chinese capsule in low orbit struck by debris. In the Middle East, the Abraham Accords created by US President Trump continues as Kazakhstan now joins. And for Iran, there is dire news as a severe drought has forced plans of evacuation of Tehran itself. With this, Iran requested if U.S. sanctions could be lifted, signalling a potential opening for dialogue between the longtime rivals. The report of Nancy Pelosi having made $130M in stock profits during her career in Congress, the Luch-Olymp Russian satellite that worried NATO expected to finally be coming down, jihadi yuppies posing with weapons and ranting about beheadings in New Jersey, the firey crash of a UPS plane and the subsequent grounding of their fleet, the Russiagate probe issuing subpoenas to Brennan, Strzok and Page, the recovery of a centuries-lost Austrian royal diamond, the condemnation of Nigerian Christians being slaughtered, Iran’s Suspected 'Shadow Fleet' operating in the South China Sea, the secret Russian and Chinese nuclear tests, and more hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
Sexual predators were featured within the News of the Cyber World this week as a new lawsuit was filed against Roblox for enabling child predators and the use of their in-game Robux currency for lures. But not only that, three Illigal aliens were busted in Louisiana for running a prostitution service by way of WhatsApp. And a Canadian woman made claim that Musk's GrokAI asked her 10-year old for nude photographs, a claim that the AI system itself claims is a lie. Further news damns AI systems as Google's GemmaAI made up false stories against US Sen. Marsha Blackburn, even creating false web-links. and Stanford University reported that ChatGPT is unable to discern fact from fiction and would be prone to spreading disinformation. And of disinformation, Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales blasted an intentional anti-Israel post that used extremely dubious content, a post now protected from editing by Wikipedia staff itself. But if you think that's all the cyber news, you would be wrong.

Forum Games & Nonsense
Remi-chan decided to join in with the Count to a million, announcing near future intent while DerVVulfman follows not long after.

Development Discussion
There has been more in game dvelopment if you asked Remi-Chan What's up as she continues updating character portaits with new visual reactions. This week, she has been labouring upon the Eldrich Mortician to make her appear sweeter than she is. And following a new video preview of a hidden secret scene in her game, and a little banter, Remi-chan noted that Xiie (better known as Rune in our forum) finished sworking upon the Cholepteroi or bat-like female which appears in Disc 3. However, she is worried that there has been no word from her portrait artist.

Remi-chan entered the Maps and screenshots thread to once more display shots of characters with new facial expressions, this week that belonging to the murderous vision in iris. But she had to post a few more favorite scenes from her current game.

Complete Projects
Get ready, for early 2026 will usher in the updated special edition of Rave Heart at both Steam and at Epic Games. With new graphics and new music, the collaboration between Starmage Games and Moz the Tiger can be previewed within the showcase trailer that Starmage has provided.

RPGMaker XP (RGSS) Engine
This week, kyonides released a new feature for RPGMaker XP users, that being Ekuipment Points. These points dictate the equipment you may use based upon their point cost. And you have but a fixed amount of points at any one time until more points are earned. You may be able to weild that steel blade costing 3 points, but with only 4 points to use be forced to stick with the beaten up bronze armor. Or if you chose to use the carved iron armor that costs 2 points, use a lesser weapon. That is, until your hero earns more points.

RPGMaker VX/VXAce (RGSS2/3) Engines
This week, kyonides released a new feature for RPGMaker VX users, that being Ekuipment Points. These points dictate the equipment you may use based upon their point cost. Are you shopping for a nice 65-inch LED TV? Perhaps you may find one among the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V, for this week he has a TV with various channels to show. Perhaps you are interested in Kaiju like Godzilla, or his own answer to ESPN. If not, you may check out news stations devoted to the zombie apocalypse or hazmat protocols until the stations have problems and go to static. That and more await you if you choose to try the TV stations Ace_V has provided for sprites this week. But as of next week, Ace_V believes more nurses are on their way.

Music and Audio
Whole no new compositions have been included within the Jake Gamelin Suite, Remi-chan re-released four tracks within youtube with new, original art.

Recordings continue to be performed within the orchestral halls of Save-Point. And within the DoubleX Music Room itself, new pieces of self reflection have been executed. Opening with a somber violin harmony is "Bitterly Cold", a piece that describes the heart no longer able to cry or be comforted despite the surrounding love and warm affections. And a lone trumpet heralds "Black Fate", a piece delivers a bleak and disapproving reproach upon society, building with sullen choirs appearing almost at the start.

Art and Design
The museum of artw within our community was gifted new works that now appear within Remi-chan's Neato Arty thread thing!. And within her private exhibition hall, you will notice two sketches from Remi-chan's gaming universe. However, it came to pass tha Remi-chan brought the first penciling to life after seven hours of work. Indeed, A Mother's Love, a color illustration of a long time female feline protagonist within her Pi franchise, was produced at a pace that surprised even its own artist. And appropritely, the voice you hear at the start of the 11 minute speed draw for A Mother's Love was that of the artist's matriarch herself.

Well, that's it for this week.
