Illegally translated copies of RPGMaker XP (aka the Postality Knights version) still have encoded within them the requirement for the Japanese fonts. Since you are using a western font (Tahoma, Arial, etc...), you will NOT be able to see scripts that are set up to create their own 'windows' using the default text.

The only recommendation I can give it to get a hold of the legal version while it's available.
