The title says it all. You can be realistic or very creative.
This is a good thread for "non-native-English" speakers, you could learn a lot of new words.
Although I'm first, here's an example or two:
"I think *X poster* is very tall, has unwashed greasy hair but a charming smile"
Or
"I think *X poster* is an orange, 8 legged alien with huge fangs used to eat small children"
