I actually found this recently... It's an addon I made a long time ago. You can use it to make your walls taller.

Here's how to use it:

The highlighted area should be on the second layer in order for it to give the illusion of a tile. I'm sure there's better ways to do this, but it's my first one and I couldn't figure out how to do it any other way. Just place it at the points that look off, a black bar that makes it look wrong is what your looking for. Place this over that bar and you have yourself an extra tall wall.
