Aha! I thought we had a topic like this. A month ago I was wondering and then I... couldn't find it and forgot and
... well I'm wondering about that one charset in RPG Maker 2003's help file. It looks like spruced up RTP, but it's not the RTP, so it would be curious to know where it came from. I mean, if it can turn out the ship tileset in RM2k3 was wrong for the longest time (or in the least it was updated for the official english release), then what about this set?
