On a bright note for Windows 10, I sure am enjoying the Data Usage panel in the internet settings section.
I asked my ISP if it was accurate, and they said it was off by .5GB, but still accurate enough.
250GB is my cap, and I'm using about 85-100GB a month, which is a good thing. Nowhere near my cap!
