Someone asked me if The Killing Joke would ever get on Cartoon Network.
I asked if they ever saw the movie. They hadn't.
Yeah, that movie's not gonna be on Cartoon Network, even with HEAVY editing. Maybe Adult Swim or Toonami someday, but not daytime Cartoon Network.
Then again, Who Framed Roger Rabbit has been on Cartoon Network numerous times, with some of the more adult segments left in, so... maybe?
