Did you... 'equip' ... the tools for harvesting?  Harvesting tools are weapons.

Might surprise you to know I also have a fishing game.  You have to equip the fishing tackle in that one too.  Kinda makes sense.  You can swing a sword OR use a fishing pole... not both at the same time.  BUT... you could use a Scythe to harvest lettuce or as a weapon.  Or in the fishing game, use either a lance or harpoon to spear the fish.

oh shoot! well I feel dumb now I never ever tried to open the menu!

....I tested it before posting this message! this is really fast paced...but cute!
