Err, that's how things were back in the days, you know. 
I am glad my new test heroku app is now working online and offline as well. On my PC it kept telling me my role aka username everywhere else did not exist and it didn't let me create and migrate my database. Well, I am not a real fan of PostGreSQL but I finally managed to solve that issue earlier tonight. (I had been awake till 4 am local time trying to desperately fix it...)
What's its app name? Err, you might not like it, it is noob-ruby-test
