A dangerous level 3 device was found in La Uruca, Costa Rica. It had been stolen in Panama about 2 years ago! Curiously it was an international organism which found out its current location last May... What the hell were the local authorities doing the whole time?
It's quite radioactive!! 
Oh right, in NYC police arrested just another terrorist that had purchased some weapons and planned to kill people as usual. It's nothing you wouldn't have expected to ever happen there.
