When I thought hiding a drug dealer was the worst thing my country could have done, I found out that there was something even worse! A deposed magistrate that's facing several accusations in the court for a variety of crimes offered the intelligence unit and the OIJ (crime investigators) the Caro Quintero's current whereabouts in exchange for dropping the charges pressed against him.
