Well, there could be a newly discovered volcano in the newest canton (a local variant of a county) of Costa Rica. O_O

Now Costa Rican diplomatics are supposed to be so poor that they need a congresswoman alias "mys politikon" to propose a project that would make Costa Rican citizens purchase suits and related stuff in case the diplomatics need to stay in countries like US or Germany or Russia... =_= Now their salaries that might start at US$4000 (the top salary is unknown) are not good enough for those poor people that represent our country abroad...
