As you can see on the image above, China is pretty much afflicted since most of its provinces have already reported several cases of people infected with the coronavirus... 
Many cities have been shutdown, some wouldn't even let them drive away... 
And food is an issue as well. It exists but nobody distributes it or it can't reach its usual destinations...
