I should be glad about this, still, I feel like there's something missing. You see, they first denied there were any covidose in Costa Rica and it took some time to start the nationwide lockdown. Such measures have been slowly relaxed since the end of Easter. On May 1st even gyms, theaters and cinemas will be able to open with reduced capacity. And yeah, the Health Ministry refuses to mass test the population, they think it's unnecessary...
