He also proposed a few things that make sense while others are strange.

Well, that's what TSE does in Costa Rica, anybody born 18+ years ago get included in the voters list in October of the previous year. So why can't they do the same in US!?
- giving the vote to former prison inmates who had "earned their second chance"
Err, if they stopped committing crimes
then they should be able to vote right?
- creating new polling stations and expand early voting
Based on what exactly!? Is there any study that supports such a request?
- making election day a national holiday so workers who can't get time off can vote
Well, it's not a holiday in Costa Rica either but we do get a chance to vote there, except if your workplace is located far away from the polling station...

Isn't DC just a district? And Puerto Rico isn't even a regular State of the USA so... Why on earth should they ever vote in next November?
