China and the next War?

As of late I have been thinking on how the Chinese could become the first world power in the next few years or decades.

Money is not really an issue there and they have got access to Iranian oil. They have control of a significant portion of the vaccine and PPE markets. They have blamed Italy for a virus that had not killed a single Italian before it appeared in Wuhan, China. Italy does not complain about that, no matter how unlikely it sounds from the very beginning. China practically controls WHO and influences underdeveloped countries' health policies, including Peru's, Costa Rica's and Nicaragua's. So how do I think they can accelerate this process?

• Biden wins the elections
  
• Trump fails to stop Biden from becoming the next president of USA, and nope this is not the same as the previous step.
  
• Begin a war. Here they have a few options:
  • USA vs Europe - mainly focus on trade and international issues, namely Syria, Turkey, Libya, Iran and Israel
    
  • USA vs Russia - a classic, who does not love classics?
    
  • USA + Japan + South Korea vs China + North Korea + weak Asian ecomonies, Russia may pick a side once they brokered a good deal
