1. A gaming company asks players to submit a survey on game satisfaction.

2. The original link opens a web page full of questions, 13 in total.

3. People like me answer all of them and hit the Done button.

4. Web page sends them back to question #4 even if they only had selected a single option (as originally intended).

5. A moderator somehow alters the survey code to change the format of all questions, except for the feedback box.

6. The survey still seems to be broken. Now it displays the last 5 questions as questions 14 through 19.

7. The same moderator changes the survey code once again removing the numbering for good.

8. Done once again displays the same 5 questions on screen. Yet, it should have submitted the answers not once but twice by now.

9. The moderator claims the survey has been fixed.

I guess you can't trust a surveymonkey at all. Supervise it under your own risk.
