Let's see, what's on my mind today?
Lemme dig through my brain real quick to get some thoughts out...
*Rustle rustle. Rustle rustle*
Ahh yes! SCHEDULING!
Everybody and their dog's stuffed animals all expect my schedule to be open 24/7, and try to get me to do something for them. I end up busy all day long, doing one thing after another, and when I have my whole evening planned out to do stuff, I get rushed by other people because I haven't done something for them yet. People expect me to be able to post 30-something pictures on my Facebook page every day as well as upload a video at the same time, while working on my game, while editing a picture for someone else, while making a trailer for their channel-- which requires me to upload it to them, while writing a paragraph to describe a video someone else asked me to watch, while I'm supposed to give a report on a game I tested for someone, while I have a live conversation with two other people on Facebook.
I don't get paid for the things I do for people, yet they treat me as if I'm some kind of employee that they can kick in the face for not having a channel trailer I agreed to make for them. I have my own life, I gotta take care of my mother, I gotta work on my OWN game, I gotta do my OWN things as well! Nobody every asks me if I'm available, they just slap something on my plate, and it needs to slow down. I'm one person, not a RosyPosy!
Just had to vent it, because I just got some hatemail from someone because they said a picture edit I did was subpar, despite it being EXACTLY what they asked for, and they're getting glowing reviews on that picture, which they're claiming as their own edit.
My schedule is full almost all day, and unless I cancel a bunch of things people have laid on me, then I don't have time to do things for myself. I do nap when I can, but that's usually for short times, where I come back to "WHY HAVEN'T YOU DONE ____ YET?!" and "WATCH THIS AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!"
What a life
I am excited for The Walking Dead coming back this Sunday, though.
