I don't agree with him because, I made the robots in the game that way but shrinking battlers and putting them in a sprite sheet because I cannot find enough robots for all the characters.

I'm not quite sure what you mean with this. But I think I know some good sources. First of all, here is a converter you'll have to use for some of them:
