Okay, this is probably the cheapest, quickest tool I made years ago back when I first messed with.... RPGMaker 2000?

It creates a .bmp file to display a message using a mono-spaced font. The font itself being stored as a bitmap file too. Sort of cheap version of SFont.

Originally, it was designed for use with RPGMaker 2000 to generate bmp files containing text messages. It could be useful for other applications.
