Does Germany have some form of leading reputation in the world of medicine that I am not aware of or something?
Over the years I've seen this in many stories of multible mediums; that characters with specific/difficult/unusuall medical conditions are brought to Germany for better treatment.
I mean, we probably don't have the worst healthcare system there is, but still. The fact that I keep running into this again and again and again is somewhat odd.

I had a dream two days ago: I was trapped in some place that similar to what I described about the Veil (cold, metallic, and enclosed, like an abandoned Japanese school building, but not one) , and I, along with a bunch of random people and an infant (though I somehow knew them all) were being chased by some sort of 17-foot tall creature that looks like a combination of Pyramid Head (without the mask) and a skinhead neo-nazi (mostly it was the combat boots and shaved hair)...

Yea it didn't go well, cause for some reason we hid beside a metal bleachers/stand-thing and just one stomp by the guy and everyone, but me and a few other people, were instantly impaled by the vertical-supports of the bleachers. Then I was fatally shot by the 17-foot giant and slumped to the corner of the wall while he brutally murdered the other survivors and the infant.

Then I find myself laying flat horizontally along with a bunch of corpses, in the same bleachers are.
Then I woke up.

Such a creature inspired me that I call him "Nefiri", and he will chase the player in my game.

OK, too much playing Return to Castle Wolfenstein and some weird game regarding ancient Egypt lifestyle. You better go to bed and get some serious sleep but it will only work if you don't touch your PC for several days if possible.

Earlier today I logged into game to partake in the so called guild battle event... just to skip it unintentionally and to read all the data on the aftermath screen. What the heck was I thinking? Fortunately I know I was working on some serious document I needed to send via e-mail asap but how is it possible for me not to just enter the fray even as a simple viewer? Hitting my face against the desk wouldn't be enough to show off how weird and illogical I've been acting lately. Do I need to get several hours of sleep? Need pills to concentrate on work and anything else in my way?

Strangely I blame caffeine for all of this weird situations I'm involved.

If neko means cat and kitsune stands for fox, can a mix of both of them exist? Animé- or Manga-biology is just getting weirder.

Some hours ago I visited another forum where English isn't the preferred language at all and some mysterious guy showed up on the chat box. He suddenly asked for beta testers without even registering on the board. As weird as it may sound at first, things just went worse the more we tried to convince him to join the forum or to make him desist to look for those testers if he felt the board wasn't interesting enough to post a single message on it. If he had some serious trust issues, why even bother talking about the project if he felt we wouldn't understand his purporse or vision or he didn't share ours up to some degree? Sooner or later the chat log would exclude all his comments so any plan of recruiting more testers would be thrown straight into the trash can. I don't think he would dispose of his project like that but then why did he insist on doing things the weirdest way possible?

Some people are...strange, in how they judge things.
I got blocked by someone on DA earlier; after they send me two long ranting comments about their bad day and about how I shouldn't go give people constructive criticm if they don't ask for it and so on and so forth.
...All i had done was briefly comment on their work, mentioning that I could see why they said the scene shown in the image was their favourite and express my confusion about a word they used to define it.

The worst part is that I can't even try to talk to this person now to clear whatever missunderstanding probably happened, because...well...blocked.

That reminds me of a user on another forum that I had to correct once and again because he just didn't learn how to post topics on the board without breaking at least 2 or 3 rules at the same time. I still consider him a multiposter just a few steps away from a spammer. Curiously, he never did the same on another RPG Maker related forum.

That didn't stop him from criticizing me on the other board.

That reminds me of a DeviantArtist who makes beautiful and cute anime characters in an Islamic theme... however, his portrayals are rather too idealistic, propagandistic even. However, any attempt to question him results in a ban. It is questionable whether he is willfully ignorant or purposefully deceitful.
It 's wonderful art nonetheless, but a strange artist.
