not sure of the format of describing the topic, so i'll start our raw, ands start from there:
I'm making a game called Augmented Realities based off of a novel I'm currently writing (kinda weird huh?)
my Team
Ahzoh - plot writer, scripter, composer, and dam well everything else
The Backstory
"Dimensions... There exists many of them. Separate universes from our own; different physics, different inhabitants, but some things may stay the same: there might be humans on an earth-like planet, there might be humans on multiple earth-like planets, they might not even be human, but HUMANOID at the very least, there's always one of those in a dimension. You might ask: how many of these dimensions are there? Hundreds, perhaps? Thousands? Try BILLIONS.
Yea, and in between all these dimensions lies a central plane of existence, known as Akrideas. In Akrideas, there exists a race of god-like humanoid beings known as Psynecerion. These beings are capable of traveling to various dimensions as they please. Their power is great, but when they travel to the dimensions, their power can be limited. They hold the power to create dimensions, and create life.
These creatures are what all humanoid races call "gods" and they have worshiped them in their cultures and their lives since as long as Akrideas has been a portal to all the worlds.
Despite being likened to gods, these creature can and do die eventually, but they have immensely long lifespans with the average Psynecerion living over a million years, although their "coming of age" is around 480,000 years. When a Psynecerion dies, their bodies are transformed into a strange and wondrous metal known to the race as "Ahgmatas" or "The Augment" to mortals. This metal is transported and gathered into a giant planet that is many millions of times bigger than the largest of suns. This "planet", The Augment Core is power source of the entire race, and much of their culture is based around it.
I'm glad you have been patient to hear my story thus far. Now, I should explain how dimensions are created: The Psynecerion use shards of the Ahgmatas to generate enough power to create a tear into Akrideas to open a door way so that the Psynecerion may form a new universe and within it, life.
Sometimes when a dimension is made, a shard of the Augment manages to pass through. Since the Augment metal is VERY dense, it generates it's own gravitational field with which it easily gathers layers of dust and dirt around it and form into a meteor as it accelerates. Usually it just floats throughout the universe, sometimes though, it lands on a planet....
The origins of magic are mysterious, and many have theorized where it came from; from pixie dust to mysterious life-forms to being a gift given by the "gods" themselves.
Although in truth, it is actually the shards that fell through into the dimension that caused magic to develop. Then, there are all those silly people who think that it's something that defies the laws of physics, well they are wrong, it only twists and warps the laws, but it does not break.
I should also mention that Psynecerions don't actually just live off of the Augment, but they live off of ANY lifeforce of any organism; suffice to say, they devour "souls".
The mortals who, through "magic", could travel to different dimensions learned of this and, enraged at the realization of their fate, proceeded to start a war with the Psynecerions.
The Mortals organized themselves into the Trion of Meijahs--a multi-dimensional union between different humanoid races--which is divided into three classes.
One might wonder: Isn't it futile to wage a war against gods?
Well, funnily, enough, the humans have made weapons out of this "Augment", and since it is the corpse of a dead god, it seems logical to use such a metal against them.
The war is still going on today, it might not ever end.
Now, I have told you the story and the stage has been set.
Now we shall begin with two brothers who I knew well in my adventures, they are Tanas and Sevrok Vandr, hunters of the Merkheos' Forest..."
Summary
From the Weekly Gazette of August-04-13:
"Augmented Realities is a story that takes place as a union of mortal humans from various dimensional realms wage war against the seemingly eternal and powerful race of "gods" that can feed off their very lifeforce or soul. A near impossible feat were it not for the leftover Augment they find which could be used in their struggle. The science of the future appearing as miricles of the day, fantasy and magic elements do appear within this game as you follow Tanas and Sevrok Vandr and their sister as they visit the other realms to steal more augment and use it in their fight."
The Character Database
Ahzoh Aviansezr Gladyrius Species/Race: Psynecerion Class: Psynecerion Place of Origin: Before Akrideas Age: Between 480,000 and 500,000 years Bio: A powerful entity from the depths of Akrideas, he is considered the god of all gods, and his power certainly shows it. His past is not known by anyone except himself. Many mortals believe he is a cruel and sadistic god who preys on innocents to maim and torture. Some see him as arrogant and blunt-headed, using only brute force and little to no tactics to achieve his goals. However, in truth he is very cunning and manipulative, deceiving many, although he does have a code of honour.
Many believe he is a being of pure evil, with no remorse for his actions. However, this is not exactly true, rather his sadism is driven by the evils he absorbs, and he is forced to bleed it out. He feels the sorrows and the pains of living things around him, absorbing it like a sponge, but unfortunately, he cannot squeeze out this evil, so it is built up inside of him, swallowing him in a sea of darkness, with only a small light to represent any semblance of humanity.
Sevrok Vandr Species/Race: Human Class: Warrior/Soldier Place of Origin: Vaederdal Village Age: 28 Bio: He is quite intelligent, but not so as his brother. He is also very blunt and not afraid to tell it like it is.
Despite his intelligence, poor opportunities as a child have led him to be illiterate too, being unable to read the Arkhean alphabet. But he manages to get by just fine with the help of his brother. However, he is an excellent close combat fighter as well as fiercely loyal. If you need someone to trust, Sevrok is the guy. Few can beat him in combat. Because of this, some have given him the title of Juggernaut.
Tanas Vandr Species/Race: Human Class: Dark Mage/Necromancer Place of Origin: Vaederdal Village Age: 27
Bio: Unlike his brother, he is quite literate, and likes writing poetry and short stories. He believes himself to be a literary genius. He is quite level-headed and can think strategically. But he is also a lonesome man, quite shy, especially around girls. However he possesses above average intelligence and he has wisdom far greater than his young age might suggest. He prefers the things of the dark and has decided to delve into occult things and of learning curses. Gods only hope he doesn’t become a necromancer.
Eirahd Krowe Species/Race: Human Class: Soldier/Tal’Raai Place of Origin: Joiriiz Age: 28
A soldier of average intelligence. During his childhood he was a great at using a bow to shoot down targets. Praised as the village’s greatest hunter, he was invited to join many hunts, especially against wolf packs. With the invention of guns, it is of no doubt that he was eager to try these newer stronger long-ranged tools. At first, it was a bit difficult for him to shoot targets as effectively, what with the explosive shots constantly disrupting his aim, it was not long before he excelled at that too, and became renowned as a great marksman. With the start of the war against Khamuhiyot, he wished to join the Tal’Raai, an elite order of soldiers, who were tasked with destroying the Psynecerion.
Veiktuaraki Vandr Species/Race: Human Class: ??? Place of Origin: Vaederdal Village Age: 25 Bio: The slightly younger sister of Sevrok and Tanas (will be expanded upon)
The Original Seven
Ahzoh,Red God of Suffering and Sadism Soraihn,Orange God of Obsession and Perfectionism Tahryn, Yellow God of Greed and Possessiveness Lokeisa, Green Goddess of Grief and Sorrow Yhozi,Blue God of Self-Destruction and Self-Hatred Aneskahzia,Indigo Goddess of Unforgiving and Untrusting Veikosii,Violet Goddess of Vengeance and Grudges
"Turning iron ore into iron swords is a hard process, for one must first dig out the rock, and melt it to refine it, then one must pour that metal into a mould, let it cool a bit, and pound on it while it cools even further. Games are no different." - Ahzoh

Cool I see where your going with this. I can also see how some plot twist can occur within your book/game. My only question would be why are humans taking up arms against the Psynecerion unless they absolutely knew they could despact something so powerful it was called a god. When I 1st read this I was thinking something may have happened to let them believe they could do so. I'm also assuming Psynecerion could travel to different dimensions at will.

I did believe I specified "god-like" as in near omnipotent, but not there, with that said they DO have limits, like dying.
The humans want War with them because:
1)The Psynecerions eat souls, and the humans want an afterlife
2) there are WAAAY too many Psynecerion to kill them all, like a 10:1 ration of Psynecerion to Human
3) just because humans have weapons that can kill gods doesn't mean a god can't easily kill many at a time, a lone cheetah cannot take down a wildebeast, so it takes many cheetahs to take one down, but that analogy aside, the Psynecerion can still kill them easy. kinda imagine it like, 10 humans with godkilling swords tryna tackle one Psynecerion, he kills 9, but the last one gets a killing blow before he too dies, it's kinda like that.
4) despite the connotation of multi-dimensional union between humanoid races, there are in reality, not very many who can travel between dimensions
5) they have to fight off the nations that still worship the Psynecerions
Psynecerion travel at will, but they don't like to influence the dimensions so muc, in fact, their entire purpose is to basically exist to absorb the "sins" of humanity (physcal and emotional pain, dark emotions like hatred and jealousy, they feel it like their own)
I have a wiki page for more info on this: http://rsroleplay.wikia.com/wiki/Psynecerion

here's an example of my constructed language that is going to be the main "language" of the game:
Keir præhăm mhe dzakar Yfikt Sehrii,
Hoth amăn khăma taikɯ Hæx, ara Gaatenii
Keir amăn ir ăndrgaaten, keir flær dhe varii, mhe garăm derɯ cogan dhe miyar kædii

Aze Takădi!
(translation:
We pray to the Perfect Ones,
They who came from Six, our creators
We who are subservient, we ask of them, to lend us some of their strength
To carry on our daily tasks and to keep the balance of nature
May we live as they do, may we die as they do, to bring balance upon all worlds
May they create more worlds to drive the imbalance away.
May all to be enlightened of the ways of nature and of the Original Six.
Aze Takadi! )
there are many who worship the psynecerion as gods, mainly theKhamuhiyot nation, who wild the Holy Book of The Original Six, known as the Kahzuarat.
The Original Six were the first 6 Psynecerion to come into existance, they represent the colours of the rainbow
in fact, everything of Psynecerion values relates to balance and symmetry. as well as Polyamory and family.
they like proportion and symmetry, almost obsessively, they belief in the balance of natue.
as well, they heavily rely on family, as in that cruel plane, Akrideas, they need it most.
they also, don't really have the sexual exclusivity that humans have, in other words they can love many people at the same time, as they put more vallue on family and trust among it.
to kill ones own family means exile and a death sentence, they will disown you and all Psynecerions will hunt you down.
to kill anothers family also warrants a death sentence to the killer and their associates.
just look at this amazing lore i've made
actually, that first picture is the main "villain" of the game, Ahzoh Aviansezr Gladyrius.
I made him a pretty tragic character...
you'll see why in the game.
if i ever make it that is..
i'm kinda a one man team at the moment...
do you think people might join me?
this is the concept art of a Psynecerion (notably Ahzoh):
"Turning iron ore into iron swords is a hard process, for one must first dig out the rock, and melt it to refine it, then one must pour that metal into a mould, let it cool a bit, and pound on it while it cools even further. Games are no different." - Ahzoh

Seems pretty interesting. I think people ore frequently work with the rtp than anything. I think getting something started and showing progress is always a great way for people to join you. I know communities I am usually apart of operate that way not sure how co op works in the rpg maker world as resources and things could get pretty pricey. The language is good addition also very interesting.

well, i like to akin myself to great writers like Tolkien.
in that i create my own world...
I am a god of my own little world, and that is the main theme of my novel/game
i'm basically saying "hey you got an idea, your a god"
you guys are making that game Demon's Revenge, in my sense, your gods, who created THAT word, and i'm the god that created THIS one.
the Psynecerions are my representation as humanity, with a twist that is...
most proud of my alphabet for the language, which i made as a font (i want it to be popular like Klingon), the letters may look familiar to you:
"Turning iron ore into iron swords is a hard process, for one must first dig out the rock, and melt it to refine it, then one must pour that metal into a mould, let it cool a bit, and pound on it while it cools even further. Games are no different." - Ahzoh

Well one thing's for sure, you've put a lot of effort into all of this, good job. I hope you manage to make something of it or it would be a waste. The psynecerions remind me of The Silver Surfer (they uploaded the episodes onto Netflix recently so I watched them... It was a little weird but cool all the same). He has a tragic task he must fulfil (equivalent to what your characters must do) and is god-like.
It would make for a complex and interesting story.
well, i had this idea for well over 10 years, it's been refined. it's still being refined.
I have yet to go into detail of the main characters
