If its available for the XBox 360, they may have used XNA like Charlie Fleed to make Hartacon.

My irk though remains that I am pretty sure the RTP licence only allows the RTP to be in the least used in Enterbrain products. It doesn't look like it was made in an RPG Maker, when the RTP is put aside.

New PC up and RUNNING!
I did a speed test and it got a mix of 7.7s and 7.9s, 7.9 being the highest you can get since it doesn't go higher than that.
Needless to say, my new machine is a BEAST. :3
