Hello Kuja welcome to RMVXP :D
As for switching character, the XAS system was designed for single player but there have been a few addons that allows you to play muliple character, and even have allies fight along side you.

- Revision of the script, classes and modules were divided
into smaller methods and better codified, is now much more
easy to resolve issues concerning:
Customization / / Compatibility Fix any bugs /
Create Scripts Add-ons (plug-in) / Optimize System /
- Effect of fast zoom. Use the command fastzoom (true)
- Improving the system of leap.
- Scripts Add-ons
- Enemy HP (Update) â Meter dynamic effect tremor and slide.
- OVERDRIVE (Update) â Receive increases the damage meter OVD.
- GENERAL (Update) â Improved coding of scripts.
- Fixed Bugs
- Enemies can not use the function SELF_INVINCIBLES +
SELF_DAMAGE. (EX â Spell Healing)
- CHANGE BUTTON Item to error when used.
- Do not activate the active window to help the system of conditions.
- Do not activate the FIXED_DIRECTION_SKILL in Charge skills.
- Getting a jump tile before turning the Fall System.
- Do not turn on animation of Level UP.
- Enable animation States in the Fall System.
- Trigger an event when the hero is carrying something.
So whatâs new?
- Moghunter has added a new boss in the jump and throw tutorial.
- The enemy bars have been updated and modified.
