I have been contacted by some asian guys who are translating Hartacon. Only they changed the name and also all the menu backgrounds!!! Without any permission! What the hell is wrong with these guys??

When I translated the Cogwheel, ParaDog and like software from Japanese, I read their terms and conditions about such things. Which is why I didn't do KGC's... their terms say it's not allowed.

Your terms for your CTB at least says "provided that credit is given to me as the author, or the original author if you use a modified version of it". The name change 'may' be a result of translations... Not sure why they'd change the backgrounds or graphics. They better at LEAST give due credit as your terms state.
