in FPLE touching events after battle causes rpg maker to crash

yes me again I found yet another bug in my project with FPLE if my
player tries to go through a Event directly after battle it will cause
rpg maker to crash.
I have created enemy event to chase after the
player if the player touches them he goes into combat after the battle
the event becomes a corpse which the player can loot

now
if you wait only a second and then walk over the body you are fine but
if you walk directly over the body after combat by just holding the up button as the battle ends rpgmaker will crash
