I JUST got my Windows 10 updates 10 minutes ago. They were later than usual, but they still came. 
I'm not so sure it has much to do with the update delivery settings as much as the version of Windows 10 you have.
I have Home version, and I believe you mentioned you had Pro version? A friend of mine got their updates as I was typing this, and they use the Home version as well.
Either way, updates are still around, so that's good.
