To renew a Driver's License, I need to present an official document that proves Identity and current age. The License which I am renewing no longer counts. But a Birth Certificate does. Let's not forget that the Birth Certificate wouldn't have an actual photo.
But in order to obtain a Birth Certificate, I need to provide a valid Driver's License which is considered something that proves Identity and holds my current birth date and thus age.
Has anyone ever seen the movie "Catch 22"?
