I can't believe this one. If someone intentionally infects you with HIV, something that is life threatening and incurable, Democrats want to reduce it from a felony to a misdemeanor??

I lost a relative to this years ago. This is utter nonsense. Accidental is one thing, but intentionally infecting someone with anything life threatening is criminal.
