The Minneapolis Police Department has told residents they should cooperate with criminals and "be prepared" to hand their property over when somebody demands it.

An ominous mushroom cloud rose up from the heart of the explosion. The blast shattered glass at an airport six miles away. Shockwaves could be felt miles awqy in Cyprus. Over seventy dead, and over four thousand injured And the Lebanese officials claim it was brought about by nearly three thousand tons of ammonium nitrate.
Why would they hold all that in the center of their Capital? And who doesn't think this was something other than an accident?
