Very impressive! I will begin to deploy it and see if it helps in my woes.
However, while playing the demo provided, I managed to crash it. Here are repro steps:
1. Talk to the King to convert the text files
2. Talk to the red-headed man in leather armour
3. As his text scrolls by, enter and exit menu to crash the game
Thus it would seem menu has to be disabled for the duration of these parallel book / float displays. Or possibly an extension could be added which automatically disables the process upon entering menu?
