What is this? Rinse-Lather-Repeat? I just received another bill from AT&T for the same two months, and it was dated the 20th, three days AFTER I finished talking to AT&T Service.
Yes, I called them again and this time I got another representative (I recorded THIS one for quality assurance too), and she was a bit flummoxed. She confirmed that I did indeed have my account closed in February, that I did call last week, and that an order was placed for the bill to be squashed.
This time, the call was a mere 7 minutes long. That's half the duration of the one from last week. Maybe SOMETHING will be done about it. That I openly told both reps that I was recording the conversation, said recording could be considered valid and legal if it ever came to court. Sheesh......
