Happy Well, looks like you found where you can edit your profile pic.

Yeah, the system waits for X minutes after one signs up. Spambots would immediately attack the UserCP to put adverts in their signature or spam Private Messages with such. It's an anti-spam safeguard, not that we don't have a good anti-spam-on-register system already.
