CLOSING ARGUMENTS GIVEN
FOR THE FIRST DURHAM TRIAL

Sussmanns' Defense Claimed Smoke and Mirrors while Durham Presented Damning Texts

On Friday, the Defense Lawyers for Michael Sussmann, the Clinton Lawyer charged with lying to the FBI when delivering the Steele Dossier. The lead lawyer, Sean Kerkowitz attempted to state that John Durham's case was all illusion, while presenting to the jury a poster reading "The Special Counsel's Smoke and Mirrors".

However, Special Counsel John Durham's case had statements by then FBI General Counsel James Baker stating Sussmann was claiming to be merely a concerned citizen and not on behalf of a client when attempting to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to the Kremlin-linked Alfa Bank. And this followed up with the billing records and eMails showing that Sussman had repeatedly billed his client, the Clinton campaign, for work on the Alfa Bank opposition.

And while prosecutor Andrew DeFilippis said during the closing remarks that the case isn't close, he added that the Government met its burden and the actual evidence provided would tell you what was really going on,

MSNBC, ABC, NBC and CBS News have practically ignored last Friday's bombshell testimony

Last Friday, it was revealed by former Clinton Campaign manager Robby Mook that Hillary approved release of the false ties between Trump and a Russian bank. And what have the mainstream media been doing? They have largely been avoiding the trial as the same mainstream media pushed the false Russian collusion narrative for years.

Transcripts for Monday and Tuesday mornings found that none of the four outlets, and their streaming services covered the trial in any way. And have not covered anything through to that Sunday, let alone mention the names Mook or Sussmann ever since.
