Judge orders Fauci, Psaki deposed

in social media censorship lawsuit

must now testify in a lawsuit brought by Attorney Generals Schmitt
of Missoury and Jeff Landry of Louisiana

We've had a really big couple of weeks here, Stuart with, uh, uncovering a vast censorship enterprise. And what we uncovered so far is that at least fourty-five folks from the Biden Administration were in constant communication with these social media platforms to censor and suppress speech. Had weekly calls. Had censorship calls. These social media platforms were changing their terms of service to de-platform folks. And in addition to that, you had literally a high ranking Facebook official texting the Surgeon General of the United States saying 'Hey, we did what you asked. What more can we do?' So that's what we uncovered last week.

... A federal judge ordered now that the White House Officials... DOJ had been fighting this... White House Officials now..  These White - White House officials must..ah.. produce their eMails like Fauci and the Press Secretary. And so that's very important because now we're going to figure out what they were doing and what their communications were with these social media platforms too.

All this should scare Americans that their government is actually... you know.. moving and... and using an outsourcing their censorship to these social media platforms to silence Americans.

The attorneys sought testimony of Fauci because he of his High Profile and public comments rejecting that the Virus was leaked from the Wuhan Lab.

Judge Doughty also ordered a deposition from Elvis Chan, the manager of the Cyber branch of the FBI and his communications with Facebook Founder/CEO Mark Zuckerberg about censoring the Hunter Biden Laptop story. Meta's own council identified Chan as the FBI agents [sic] who made contact to suppress the story.
