My code is as I last posted. And your code is as you sent to me... though you did neglect the Scene_Map portion.
I basically made a COPY of my project bosting the 23 walking 'fog-erasing' sprites, and pasted yours in. Then added the additional NPC entries into your array, so yours would use the same 23 NPCs as mine.
That's all.
